Located just outside of Clarksville, this beautiful split level is situated on over an acre of wooded and wonderfully landscaped yard.
It literally has it all!
There are four levels, including an almost completely finished basement, with a large office and a huge recreation room plus a large utility and storage room.
 
Lets' go for a tour and discover the many features and upgrades to this property.
 
The center island design kitchen, is some 13 by 30 feet with a dining area surrounded by windows and opening to a spacious deck.
 
 
Modern, up to date appliances, convection/microwave oven and regular self-cleaning oven below. Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, and second large Microwave, and a large pantry couple with cabinet space that seems to never end.

This allows rejuvenation by switching systems every 5 to 8 years. You literally should never experience any septic problems with only simple maintenance.  The front yard has a relatively new one horsepower stainless steel well pump (the orginal pump was only one third horsepower). Additionally, the water closet in the basement has a new oversized pressure tank as well as a new neutralizer tank and pump, providing PH corrected well water with excellent flow and pressure.
 
As you can see, this owner upgrades everything first class.
 
 
From the deck we can proceed down to the  large real slate patio with walk-out convenience from the large family room.
(there is also an upper family room with a gas log fireplace, which truly looks real, off the kitchen.)
 
 
 Coming back inside from that slate patio is a really large family room. There is a very large walk-in closet,
behind that picture at the right and opposite that is a large half bath.
To keep you oriented, this is located behind the two car garage and under the back two bedrooms.
 
 
The lower recreation room is very large and includes a dry bar as well eating space to the right and more then ample room for a game of pool or ping pong.  Behind this, to the left side is a large 10 x 10 Office and to the right is the unfinished part of the basement, workshop and storage area, 50 gallon hot water heater (new in Nov. 2006)  and modern ultra high efficiency gas furnace and central air conditioning, also new just a couple of years ago. 
 
 
Moving back to the main floor, there is, first a large, southern exposure, living room.
 
 
Notice there is ample room for a grand piano as well as a large sofa and chairs and a Dry Sink in the near corner on the left, flanked by yet another chair on the left.
All this can be seen, just below,  looking back in the opposite direction.
 
 
 
Walking on through, we come to a spacious dining room, below. To give you the idea, we had 10 seated, with two extra leaves in that table, for Thanksgiving dinner!
 
 
Oh, can't forget on this tour, the Den, just off the kitchen and complete with a very realistic gas log fireplace.

Now let's move upstairs and review the 4 bedrooms and two full baths!
 
Up a short, half flight of steps and we come to a large central hall with a nice size linen closet and heavy duty pull-down stairs, to a large attic storage area. Yes, you can actually walk around up there.
 
 
 
The sewing room, with twinbed in the lower right corner is the smaller of the 4 bedrooms. Still there is ample room to be both a bedroom and a sewing room.
 
 
Next to the Sewing room is the large guest room (below) with, as you can see, ample room for a Queen bed, a desk and two dressers!
 
 
 
The twin room is yet another large bedroom that, as you can see, can additionally accomodate two Armoires, and a desk.
 
 
 
Finally we come to the Master Bedroom, with it's very unique layout.
 
 
 
 
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a rocking chair, her dresser, and a huge "his" dress that is to the right of this picture, i.e. in the foreground. What really sets this room layout apart from others is the separation achieved for the bathroom, dressing area etc. from the bedroom itself, while being in the same room.  You see it is around the corner, so to speak and down a "Closet Hall". 
Dad can easily get up early, wash, brush his teeth etc. get dressed and really present little or no disturbance to the wife sleeping in on that morning.  (Or vice-versus, to be politically correct.)
 
It is hard to get good pictures in hallway areas, etc.  but you will get the idea here, below.
 
 
 
Actually, you can really tell a lot from this picture. The obvious is the large vanity. But look in the mirror and you can tell that on the opposite wall is, not one but two, his and hers, double door closets, so you can easily get to the full area. 
 
Further, around the corner is the bath room itself.

Well that covers the tour itself, but there is more to point out.  In keeping with this engineers/owner approach to things,
("nothing ever broke from being to strong" and "do it right once and be finished with it")
To recap a bit, every appliance, like the washer/dryer, the stove, the dishwasher, both Microwaves etc, and every functional system, like the well, the septic, the heating and airconditioning etc. have all been replaced and upgraded. Additionally, every window has been replaced with the best, Pello windows, to insure no drafts and a high insulation factor.
